It's not uncommon for our demos to be cut short because people need to understand the concepts behind the system, not just how it works.
We've been focused on AI and strategy for many years, long before generative AI was created. What we're seeing now in the market is a striking contradiction:
What does this mean? On one hand, the overwhelming majority of AI projects fail. On the other, we're seeing one of the largest productivity gains in recent memory, directly attributable to AI integration.
The conclusion is clear: firms are hiring the wrong people.
Here's a critical distinction that most firms miss: you're not creating a model. Nobody is training GPT-5 in their basement. What your firm actually needs is an expert system, and that's an entirely different discipline.
An expert system requires understanding your business, your industry, your workflows, and your strategic objectives. It requires knowing which frameworks apply, how to structure knowledge, and how to translate human expertise into actionable AI-assisted processes.
Be wary of consultants who position themselves as "AI experts" but never touched AI before ChatGPT came out. Or worse: those who simply tell you to "use Claude" or "try GPT-4" as if picking one of the top models is a strategy. That's not consulting. That's a Google search. We don't think that approach will do anything meaningful for your firm, and it may actually hurt you by creating false confidence and misallocated resources.
We will never promise magic. But we will do our best to:
This is consulting on substance. We're not selling buzzwords. We're offering the knowledge and tools we've built, and the expertise to help you determine if and how they apply to your organization.
